The list below is a non-exhaustive list of services offered. We are able to supply on a tailored contract basis, part time IT Management of your IT Infrastructure.

This service is aimed at the small, medium or SOHO business within the Hastings & Rother area where the business case for a permanent member of your staff to manage your IT requirements is not met but you do need someone from time to time to manage, fix and alter various items within your infrastructure.

TNeX Systems Ltd will agree a tailored contract with you where we will supply a minimum fixed number of hours as you require each month to your organisation providing consultancy, advice and general IT, Server and Desktop Management tasks. Effectively, you will retain our services for a fixed fee on an ongoing renewable rolling contract. If suddenly you require over your contracted hours per month, then the contract will allow for this variation. If within any given month, your requirement does not fulfil the contracted time, then the fixed fee is still paid. However, if this happens on an ongoing basis, then the contracted hours required by your organisation would need to be reduced.

On this type of contract, there are no call-out charges provided the call-out is performed within a standard business day and the response is within the business day. The contract can be amended to meet the requirements of response times outside Business hours.

Windows NT4 Server and Workstation configuration & administration
	Configuration and set up of Windows NT Server to include WWW (IIS 4), FTP, DNS, DHCP, MS-Proxy and MS-Exchange 5.5 including VShield, NetShield (Anti-Virus) and Web SMTP Shield (Email Anti-Spam / Relay Protection)
Windows 2000 Server and Professional configuration & administration
	Configuration and set up of Windows 2000 Server to include WWW (IIS 5), FTP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, MS-Proxy/ISA and MS-Exchange 2000 including VShield, NetShield (Anti-Virus) and Web SMTP Shield (Email Anti-Spam / Relay Protection).
Cisco switch, router and PIX firewall configuration & administration
	Configuration, set-up & upgrade of Cisco Catalyst 19xx, 29xx, 35xx Ethernet Switches (incl VLAN), 25xx, 26xx and 36xx Routers including ISDN Dial-up and PIX Firewall.
OpenVMS/VAX (DEC) System Administration
	Configuration, set-up and systems administration of OpenVMS/VAX systems utilising VMS 5.x, 6.x and 7.x on Vaxstations and MicroVAX 3xxx, 4xxx systems.
InfoWorkSpace Support
	In association with Blackpearl Limited, TNeX Systems Limited will provide InfoWorkSpace (IWS) Server and Client installations and consultancy
Cat5 / Telecoms cabling installation
	Installation of cable runs in ceilings, under floors and through walls (we are good with electric drills and hammers). Installation & termination of patch panels and wall ports.
PC Workstation / Server Computer System build & supply
	Tell us what you want and we will try build it for you. We can pre-configure before delivery with your chosen operating system and applications or supply the software with the system for you to install. All software supplied is fully licensed with original media. As this is a personalised service tailored to your requirements, systems can be a little more in price than off-the-shelf system supplied by the computer stores but without software you don't want or need.
Network Problems / Security
	If you are having network outages, congestion or unknown problems, let us have a look at what the network is doing to your business and let us report back to you on any subsequent action that you may need to consider.
